Yes, of course. After your first booking, an account will be created for you, allowing you to log in and modify your bookings at any time. Please note, we require 48 hours’ notice for any changes.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products, and equipment, unless a specific service requires something different.
How do I prepare for my cleaning appointment?
One of the best things you can do is minimize clutter. Cleaners need access to surfaces, and if they’re covered with items, cleaning may be difficult or impossible. If you’re home, communicate with your cleaner and ensure they have enough space to work. Children, pets, and other adults in the way can hinder the job and may create safety hazards. Vacuum cords, cleaning products, and supplies will be around the area, so giving the cleaner enough space helps prevent accidents.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
It’s completely up to you. If you won’t be home, please let us know how we can access your home. Additionally, all of our cleaners are covered by general liability insurance, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all our clients.
